In the bathroom or the bedroom, look in the mirror and tell yourself one thing that you like about yourself that day. Once one thing becomes easy, try moving it up to two.
Either buy a journal or use the notes on your phone, every time something goes good, write it down. By the end of the week you will have all of your positive moments. When you get into a dark place or are just having a rough day, go back and read these moments.
Set a reminder, and every time the alert goes off think about one thing that is going good in the moment. Do this as many times as you would like a day.
Start an account on instagram and as often as you can post something that someone did or you saw that made you smile. Example: "While walking out of the Target someone held the door for an old lady that was alone." or "There was a dog in Downtown Downers as I pet it, he licked my hand". Not only does it make you smile but it will make other people feel better when they see the post.
